Dear Weet-Bix consumer,

 

At Weet-Bix we pride ourselves on delivering positive experiences to our valued customers, however it has come to our attention that some boxes of Weet-Bix featuring the “All Blacks Team Tags” do not contain the correct number of tags as stated on pack or have repeated tags which we greatly regret.

 

During the production process we endeavour to do everything we can to ensure that the correct number of unique cards are placed into each pack. Occasionally during the tag insertion process there may be some tag duplication or the correct number of tags may not be inserted. However the amount of duplication and missing cards in packs during the Weet-Bix Team Tags promotion has proven higher than previous card promotions. Please be assured that we have taken this issue very seriously and have taken the appropriate action to address it.

 

Unfortunately, because we had already produced a large number of packs by the time this problem was discovered, there may still be some affected pack in your local supermarket.

 

We profusely apologise for the inconvenience that this may have caused you and we urge you to contact our Customer Service team on weetbix@sanitarium.co.nz or call us on freephone 0800 100 257, if you do experience any of the issues below. Our Customer Service team will endeavour to rectify any problems related to:

 

- a pack that you have purchased that does not contain the correct number of tags as stated on pack.
- a pack you have purchased that contains 2 or more repeated cards.
