New Zealand Health Association Limited trading as Sanitarium Health Food Company of 124 Pah Road, Royal Oak, Auckland 1023, New Zealand ("Sanitarium"), owns these websites and all intellectual property associated with them. Sanitarium, in conjunction with its elected agencies, will operate these websites.
Your acceptance of Terms of Use

Use and access to these websites is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document and elsewhere on this website (known collectively as "Terms of Use"). By browsing, accessing or using the services on these websites, you are deemed to have read and accepted each of these Terms and Conditions and accept the Terms of Use.

Use of websites

If you are under the age of 18 years, you agree to seek parental or guardian consent to access and use these Sites and to participate in any competition related to these Sites. We recommend that parents or guardians supervise their children while using these sites. Parents and/or guardians will need to take full responsibility for their children's activities on these Sites.

You agree that you will only use these sites for the purposes for which they have been created.

You must provide authenticated Sanitarium staff with your real name and contact details if asked and obey any Site operational instructions given. All profile names and display names are subject to Sanitarium's approval, at its absolute discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

Access to some services or content may require registration. This will result in you registering a user name and password that must be used whenever requested. That user name and password are personal to you and you agree at all times to maintain the confidentiality of your user name and password and not to disclose them to any third party. You agree that you are solely responsible for any use of the Sites by any person using your profile name and password. You agree to indemnify Sanitarium against any and all claims arising out of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your profile name or password.

You may not use the Sites if you have ever been convicted of a sexually-related offence or have been previously banned from using the Sites.

You agree that Sanitarium, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account, or use of the Sites, for any reason.

In the case of abuse of systems, other traders or the law, Sanitarium reserves the right to pass any information stored on its systems to the relevant ISP(s) or New Zealand Police to help prevent the abuse.

Your use of the Sites is at your sole risk. Sanitarium expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied. Sanitarium makes no warranty that:
1. The services provided will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
2. The information provided on the Sites is error-free or reliable.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may provide. You are responsible for all uses of your password, whether or not authorised by you.

You agree that you will not:
1. Use the Sites for any commercial purpose;

Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags

The specially-marked participating packs in this promotion are listed below with the respective number of tags in them and as stated on each specially marked pack:
- Weet-Bix 1kg = 3 (three) tags
- Weet-Bix 750g = 2 (two) tags
There are thirty (30) Sanitarium Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags to collect across the above mentioned packs. These comprise of 30 current players' tags. The players included were correct at the time of going to press. Any incorrection will be because some of those players were not selected due to loss of form or are unavailable due to injury, since production of the cards commenced.

Tag trading

Sanitarium is simply a conduit for traders to meet each other. It is not a trader of the Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags.

Sanitarium provides Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags trading tags in specially-marked Weet-Bix packets. Sanitarium makes no representation as to the amount, number or quality of tags in each packet.

Sanitarium is not directly involved in trader to trader communications and activities. You are responsible for your transactions and interactions with other traders. You therefore agree to accept sole responsibility for the legality of your actions.

There is no screening process for Site participants and therefore Sanitarium makes no warranty that traders are legitimate, that they hold the tags they claim that they do, that they are who they say they are, or that any of the representations they make are true and correct. Any representations made on or through the Site are not representations made by Sanitarium and are the responsibility of the individual participant. To the extent permitted by law, Sanitarium disclaims liability for any false or misleading representations made about the status or availability or quality of tags.

Sanitarium is not responsible for any dispute which may arise between the traders. To the extent permitted by law you release Sanitarium, its agents and employees, from any claims, demands and damages of every kind arising out of any dispute.

Your use of these Sites is at your own risk. Everything on these Sites is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.

Interpretation

All references to dates and times are to New Zealand date and time.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with of the laws of New Zealand. You irrevocably and unconditionally agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reasons unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Competitions

Competitions conducted on these Sites are subject to separate terms and conditions (in addition to these Terms of Use). By entering or participating in a competition on these sites, you agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions.
1. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. You agree to comply with the rules of this competition and you participate at your own risk.
2. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The Promoter is New Zealand Health Association Limited trading as Sanitarium Health Food Company ("Sanitarium"). The Promoter's address is 124 Pah Road, Royal Oak, Auckland, New Zealand.
4. Entry into this competition is open to all New Zealand residents except employees and immediate family members of Sanitarium and Sanitarium's advertising and promotional agencies. "Immediate family members" mean spouses, parents, siblings, children and grandparents.
5. The competition commences on Monday 31st May 2010 at 11.59pm and the competition closes on Tuesday 30th November 2010 at 11:59pm.
6. Entry into this competition is through the website www.teamtags.co.nz. To enter, you must first create a user account in the section 'Sign Up' by creating a username and password, and entering your contact details. You must create an account in order to be contactable should you win a prize in any of the draws.
7. Every Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags unique tag code registered against a user account will assist you in achieving the required number of prize points to enter into the five (5) different levels of prize draws.
8. There are 30 different Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags players' tags to collect. Users may register multiple unique tag code found in each player tag collected. These codes can only be used once. Each unique code found in each player tag will give you five (5) points. Additional points are available through different promotional channels and these are called 'Bonus Codes' found in specially marked Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags advertising. Unique codes collected anywhere that is not a Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags player tag will give users two (2) points only.
9. Only one profile may be registered per user. Only one user may be connected to an individual email address. Failing to follow these rules will disqualify you from been entitled to receive a prize if the e-mail address and/or user are selected through the prize draw process. Users who accumulate twenty (20) points through either team tag codes, bonus codes or a combination of team tag codes and bonus codes, will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to win an official Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags Collector's Tin. Users who accumulate forty (40) points through either team tag codes, bonus codes or a combination of team tag codes and bonus codes, will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to win an Adidas All Blacks Rugby 3 Stripe Cap. Users who accumulate sixty (60) points through either team tag codes, bonus codes or a combination of team tag codes and bonus codes, will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to win an Adidas All Black Rugby Fern Replica Ball. Users who accumulate eighty (80) points through either team tag codes, bonus codes or a combination of team tag codes and bonus codes, will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to win a genuine Adidas All Blacks Rugby jersey. Users who accumulate one hundred (100) points through either team tag codes, bonus codes or a combination of team tag codes and bonus codes, will be automatically entered into the draw for a chance to win one of ten (10) All Blacks Ultimate Grand prize. If you have won a prize during the progress of this promotion, you will still be eligible to enter into subsequent prize draws.
10. The prize pool is made up of weekly prizes, grand prizes and registration prizes:
  1. Weekly Prizes
    
    There are four (4) types of weekly prizes, totalling: Two hundred and thirty (230) Weet-Bix All Blacks Team Tags Collector's Tins, one hundred and fifteen (115) Adidas All Blacks Rugby 3 Stripe Caps, ninety two (92) official full size Adidas All Black Rugby Fern Replica Balls and twenty three (23) genuine Adidas All Blacks Rugby Jerseys.
  2. Grand Prizes
    
    There are three (3) types of grand prizes: Three (3) ultimate All Black fan experiences for four (4) people (plus a parent or guardian if you are under the age of 18) to meet two All Black players for 3 hours on the morning of Tuesday 19th October 2010, three (3) official All Blacks jersey signed by members of the 2010 Investec Tri Nations All Blacks squad and four (4) genuine All Blacks match balls actually used during the All Black matches.
  3. Registration Prizes
    
    There is one type of Registration prize: Two (2) Match day experiences for three (3) people (including a guardian if you are under the age of 18) to attend the All Blacks versus South Africa test match at Westpac Stadium on the evening of Saturday 17th July 2010.
11. Weekly Prizes will be mailed / couriered directly to winners, using the mailing address provided in their profile. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from when the prize winner was drawn.
12. The first type of Grand Prize is the Ultimate All Black Fan Experience. Four people (4) (plus a guardian if you are under the age of 18) will meet two All Blacks players for three (3) hours on the morning of Tuesday 19th October 2010. There are three (3) experiences to be won. The All Blacks fan experiences will be held in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Venue is to be confirmed. The winner will attend one of these locations as prescribed by Sanitarium. Sanitarium will arrange and pay for travel (including flights and transfers) and accommodation for winners who live outside the centres where these events will take place, The Ultimate All Black Fan Experience grand prizes are for fixed dates, as advertised on the website and as specified by the New Zealand Rugby Union, and are non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferrable. Should a prize winner, for any reason be unable to attend on the day specified, they will forfeit their prize.
13. The second type of Grand Prize is a signed Adidas All Blacks Player Jersey from the 2010 Investec Tri Nations squad. There are three (3) to be won. These will be couriered directly to winners, using the mailing address provided in their profile. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days from when the winner was drawn.
14. The third Grand Prize is a genuine All Blacks Match ball used in an actual All Blacks Test match. One ball from each of the following matches will be provided as a prize. There are four (4) in total to be won:
  - All Blacks vs Wales June 12th, New Plymouth
  - All Blacks vs Wales , June 26th, Hamilton
  - All Blacks vs South Africa July 10th, Auckland
  - All Blacks vs South Africa, July 17th, Wellington

15. The Registration Prize is the Match Day Experience. By entering into this competition you consent and will allow Sanitarium and/or its related companies and/or subsidiaries to collect, retain, use and/or disclose personal information about you to third parties, including but not limited to the prize supplier and/or as required by New Zealand regulatory authorities. This personal information may be collected, retained and securely held, including your name, and address for research, promotional, marketing and/or publicity purposes without compensation and that copyright of such material (if any) vests in Sanitarium. Entry into this competition is conditional on you providing your personal details to Sanitarium. You have the right to access your personal information held about you and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
21. Sanitarium, its subsidiaries, officers, agents and employees will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered in connection with the competition or the prizes in any way except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
